Practices and Games
Hope everyone is excited for a fun soccer season!
Just getting a few administration items out of the way.
Let us know if you will be missing any games at least 3 days in advance. We do not have a lot of extra players this year and may need time to arrange U12 call ups.
For both practices and games please dress appropriately for the weather.
Also bring soccer shoes, shin pads, soccer socks, size 5 ball and water to both.
You only need to wear your jersey to games.
Practices
7:30 to 8:30 at St. Mary's school.
These will be a joint practice with the other U14 team. Most drills will be done with all the kids. Others that involve formations will be just each team or set of players from each team to help them get comfortable with each other.
Optional - if anyone wants to come early between 7 and 7:30 they are welcome to run some laps of the field to help keep/get in shape since we won't have too many subs this year as long as they do not interfere with the U10 practices. Mike Legate or I will be there with our U10 team and can supervise them.
Games
All games start at 7pm but please try and be there between 6:30 and 6:40 to have time to get dressed, warmed up and stretch and go over any position or strategy changes before the game.
Our home games will be at LDSS (Listowel high school down from the parking lot with the track around it)
