U8 - Immink Finishing, Tim Hortons - U8, 2012 (Listowel Minor Soccer)

Here is our tournament schedule and remember we have a practice Monday July 23rd at 7pm at Eastdale. Tuesday July 24th - 7pm vs Elma #1 at Elma Field E Saturday July 28th - 9am vs Elma #3 at Elma Field F Then depending on how we do in those 2 games we will play again on Saturday at 1:30, 2:30 or 3:30pm

Here is what I know so far for a schedule for the next 2 weeks. Tuesday July 17th - practice from 7pm to 8pm at Eastdale. Monday July 23rd - practice from 7pm to 8pm at Eastdale. Tuesday July 24th - first game of tournament - time, opponent and field to be determined. Saturday July 28th - remaining tournament games - all games will be at the Elma school - times, opponents and number of games to be determined. I will keep everyone updated as I find out more information.

We had another great game this past Tuesday against Howick.  The teams were very closely matched and we managed to get a goal and won 1-0. Both teams played well and I would like to congratulate all our players that were there as they all showed a lot of effort and all played their best.  The field at the Howick arena was huge and we only had 2 subs so everyone was really tired by the end of the game. Hope to see everyone next week for the practice and the last regular season game.

Wow!  That was an amazing game last night against Newton 2.  I think everyone played their best game of the year so far.  Newton 2 had won or tied every game so far this year so that was their first loss which says a lot for how well we played. There is no practice next week due to the long weekend but I hope to see everyone at the game in Howick on Tuesday!
