U10 - Wightman Telecom, U10, 2013 (Listowel Minor Soccer)

As from phone calls there is no practice tonight.  It is just too hot.  Find a cool place to enjoy. First tournament game is Monday but location is not decided as all team results are not complete.  We could be the home team or the away team depending on final results

Hello Team Wightman! I just wanted to congratulate you on a great game played July 8 2013 against Howick. Even though we were short handed and had no available players to sub, we managed to control the game to a 2-1 loss, quite impressive! You all played great! I also need to say how awesome the passing was on this slippery surface due to the rain. Very calculated, it was nice watching the players look for an open teammate to receive a pass and dribble down field for an opportunity to shoot on net. Thanks for an exciting game! I have suggested we practice on Wednesdays at 6:30 to 7:30 pm.  It seems the team enjoys the format of the last 15 minutes playing against parents and older children.  This provides opportunity to practice what was learned and perfect skills.

It appears the weather will be good for practice
